For workers
List the trades you actually work in and let jobs near you come to you.
- Say how far you are willing to travel
- Only share your location while you are on duty
- Build a record of finished jobs that follows you
Labors Adda connects daily-wage workers with the people nearby who need them — without a middleman taking a cut of either side.
Finding a day's work still means standing at the chowk and hoping. Finding a mason on a Tuesday morning still means asking around. Both sides are looking for each other, often from a few streets apart, and neither has a way to see the other.
Labors Adda closes that gap. A worker says what they do and how far they will travel. A hirer describes a job and how far to search. The platform does the matching, and the two of them talk directly.
List the trades you actually work in and let jobs near you come to you.
Reach the workers already close to the job, not a directory of everyone.
Workers and hirers talk to each other. We do not sit in the middle of the deal or take a cut of the wage.
A rating only exists once a job is confirmed finished. Nobody can rate their way to a reputation they have not worked for.
A worker is only visible on the map while they are on duty. Going off duty stops the sharing.
The platform runs in English, हिंदी and తెలుగు, because the person using it should not have to work in a second language to find work.
We want a worker's reputation to belong to them — portable, checkable, and built from work they actually finished, rather than living in one hirer's memory. And we want hiring someone for a day to be as ordinary as calling a neighbour.
We are early, and there is a lot still to build. If something is missing or broken, tell us — it is the fastest way it gets fixed.
